Strathmore Soccer Association takes children's health and safety very seriously should you have any concerns, you should contact our administrator immediately. If you think you have reason to believe a child is being harmed in anyway, please call 911 and report it, if you believe a child is being harmed by a member or our club, or during club activities, please report it by calling 911 or directly to the Club Administrator, Angie Boyd who is Certified by the Little Warriors Prevent It program, at 403.324.7787, or by email at info@strathmoresoccer.ca. Complaints:
All misconduct complaints need to be submitted to the club with a max 72 hours of the incident (to ensure accurate information gathering) and a minimum of 24 hours after the incident (the 24-hour cool down period will apply in these submissions). It will be forwarded to the correct personnel member in which the complaint falls under. If a resolution can't be found, or if the complaint is required to be escalated to a 3-person committee made of Board members. If the complaint is criminal in natural RCMP should be contacted immediately and Strathmore Soccer will not pursue further until the police matter is resolved.
